DAILY COURIER - The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially disclaimed a purported timetable for its nationwide congresses currently making rounds, labeling it as counterfeit and unauthorized.
In a press statement released on March 26, 2025, Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, clarified that the party has not issued any such schedule.
"The said timetable/schedule of activities is fake and did not emanate from the Party," Morka stated. He emphasized that the APC has yet to make any decisions regarding the scheduling of its congresses and assured that any official announcements would be disseminated through the party's recognized communication channels.
Morka further urged party members, officials, the media, and the general public to disregard the unauthorized timetable. He reiterated that any valid notices or schedules will be communicated appropriately in due course.
This clarification comes amidst concerns over misinformation and underscores the APC's commitment to transparent and official communication with its stakeholders.
