DAILY COURIER - The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has extended heartfelt condolences to the Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umar Radda, following the passing of his mother, Hajiya Safarau’ Umar Baribari.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Edwin Olofu, Ganduje described the loss as a profound void for the family, friends, and the people of Katsina State. He acknowledged the invaluable contributions of the deceased and expressed deep sympathy to the governor and the bereaved family during this difficult time.
Dr. Ganduje prayed for Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant the late Hajiya Safarau eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus, while also asking for strength for the family to bear the irreparable loss. He urged Governor Radda and others affected to find solace in the cherished memories and lasting legacy of the departed soul.
Reaffirming the APC’s support and solidarity with the people of Katsina State, the former Kano State governor assured them that the party stands with them in mourning.
“May Allah (SWT) grant the deceased Al-Jannah Firdaus. Ameen,” the statement concluded.
