Mr. Daser David has been named the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), while Mr. Reuben Oshomah and Mr. Adama Kure have been appointed as Executive Directors of Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited (NIGCOMSAT).
