DAILY COURIER - Alhaji Shehu Gabam, National Chairman of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), has called for calm and understanding among Nigerians amidst the controversy surrounding the SAMOA agreement. In a statement released on Monday, Gabam appealed to citizens to remain calm and emphasized that Nigeria is their only home.

However, he cautioned the government against accepting "Greek gifts" that may compromise Nigeria's sovereignty and sanctity.
