DAILY COURIER - The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Female Handball Team has once again cemented its dominance in Nigerian handball by winning the prestigious Ardova Premier League for the fifth time. With this victory, the team has secured a coveted continental ticket to represent Nigeria in the 2025 Africa Cup Winners Competition.
According to a statement today by the commission's spokesperson, the team’s flawless performance in the tournament saw them emerge unbeaten after 18 matches, showcasing exceptional skill, determination, and teamwork. This latest triumph underscores the FRSC team’s unwavering commitment to excellence and places them at the pinnacle of Nigerian handball.
In a ceremony to celebrate the victory, Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed received the championship trophy and lauded the team’s tenacity and unmatched talent.
